We loved our visit to Lake George, NY so much, we have visited it several times. In 2010 we went back with our friends and decided to explore Lake George, Fort Ticonderoga and Burlington, VT. The riding is always nice in the Adirondacks. We rode up through Tupper Lake, and Lake Placid. We then went to the town of Fort Ticonderoga, which is a great town with so much history. We ventured to Fort Ticonderoga and took the tour and in town they were having a town fair, which was a fun experience. We went across the lake, Lake Champlain, over to Burlington, Vermont, and stayed near the shore line, which was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Their is a street near there which is foot traffic only. There was outside seating and music and other activities. We had such a great time.
